T Shirt Contest 2026
Annual Conference T-Shirt Design Contest
Are you a creative person with a T-shirt idea for our next Annual Conference?
Application Deadline
All designs to be considered must be received by a date set yearly based on committee and board input. The design will be sent to the Student Affairs Liaison.
Eligibility
Only those technologists or students who hold active, advanced student, or student membership in the Society are eligible. The applicant must be a member in good standing at the time of application.
Submission Guidelines
- Submit full-color, high-quality images of radiography or medical-imaging-themed artwork to be used for the Annual Conference T-shirt.
- Designs may focus on any subject relating to the Society or medical imaging, and should aim to capture the theme of next year’s Annual Conference or the overall intent of the NCSRT.
- Two sets of images must be submitted:
- Set 1: Mockup on a T-shirt (front and back). This mockup does not need to be high-quality; it just needs to be clear for the Annual Conference presentation slide deck.
- Set 2: High-quality production files (front and back, no background). Submit as high-resolution PNG or JPEG; vector files are preferred. These will be used directly for printing if selected. Screenshots or low-resolution images will not be accepted.
Judging
The Student Affairs Liaison will collate and anonymize all submissions for presentation to the Board of Directors. The Board will vote using the Contest Rubric to decide the winning design.
Withdrawals
Any applicant who decides to withdraw from contest participation should notify the President immediately.
Disclosure
Winning designs become the sole property of NCSRT, Inc. and may require further editing after selection and before official use. Applicants do not reserve any rights to their artwork after selection as a contest winner. NCSRT, Inc. reserves the right to use—or not use—the design in future official Society materials.
You’ll be able to upload your mockups and production files directly in the form.
