Refund/Cancellation Policy

 The NCSRT, Inc. will refund you 60% of your payment. Handling fee is 40%. Refund requests must

  be made in writing and postmarked or emailed prior to any published deadline date. Should a  

  meeting be canceled for any reason, the NCSRT, Inc. will refund the full amount of meeting registration.

Non-sufficient funds (NSF) policy
It is the policy of the NCSRT Inc. that a fee of $33.00 will be charged for return
checks marked NSF from the bank. It is also the policy of the NCSRT Inc. that the
member’s account be flagged until the debt has been repaid. Remittance should be
in the form of a cashier’s check or money order along with the NSF fee.
