Refund & Cancellation Policy
60% refund (a 40% handling fee applies).
- Refund requests must be in writing and postmarked or emailed before any published deadline date.
- If a meeting is canceled for any reason, NCSRT, Inc. will refund the full amount of the meeting registration.
Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) Policy
- An $33.00 fee will be charged for checks returned by the bank as NSF.
- The member’s account will be flagged until the debt has been repaid.
- Remittance must be made by cashier’s check or money order, including the NSF fee.
