NCSRT Leadership Academy
Registration Deadline: January 9, 2026
The NCSRT Leadership Academy is an online academy designed to develop leadership skills for new and upcoming imaging professionals in the state of North Carolina. The academy will culminate at the Annual Conference with a half-day session prior to the Annual Conference. Graduates of the NCSRT Leadership Development Academy will be recognized at the NCSRT Honors Luncheon.
Goal
Build strong leaders in the imaging community through education. Create a succession plan of qualified individuals to serve in leadership positions, contributing to the NCSRT, Inc. for service to the imaging technologists in North Carolina.
Qualified Applicants
- Former ASRT SLDP participants
- Current ASRT SLDP candidates/applicants
- NCSRT Active or Student members who have not previously served on the NCSRT BOD

- Understanding professional societies, the role of the affiliate, and its relationship to the ASRT
- Understanding the role of a leader in a professional society
- Protecting the Profession & Setting the Industry Standard
- Qualities of a Leader
- Dealing with conflict and facilitating courageous conversations
