Refund / Cancellation Policy

60% refund (a 40% handling fee applies).

Refund requests must be in writing and postmarked or emailed before any published deadline date.

If a meeting is canceled for any reason, NCSRT, Inc. will refund the full amount of the meeting registration.

Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) Policy

An $33.00 fee will be charged for checks returned by the bank as NSF.

The member’s account will be flagged until the debt has been repaid.

Remittance must be made by cashier’s check or money order, including the NSF fee.
