Do you know a registered medical imaging professional or radiation therapist who has made a difference?

Key points

***DEADLINE: All nominations must be submitted by February 20, 2026.

How you present your candidate and the information you provide affects scoring—make your nominee shine.

Recipients will be recognized at the Honors Luncheon Ceremony during the 2026 NCSRT Annual Conference.

Each application is scored separately; it’s appropriate to nominate a qualified person even if you think someone else will, too.

Members of the Board of Directors are ineligible.

A panel of judges will conduct a blind review of applications.

Tips for a strong nomination

Nominate an Imaging Professional or Radiation Therapist who has excelled in their field.

Complete all sections of the application. Resumes/CVs are not accepted.

Verify the nominee’s personal information; applications with incorrect info may be rejected.

Be clear and concise in each section.

Submit early. Only applications received by February 20, 2026 will be accepted.

Additional information

Members involved in the committee are not eligible.

Previous Imaging Professionals for Excellence recipients are not eligible.

Nomination letters are reviewed via blind review; judges will not have access to recipient personal information.
