Membership Options
To Join as a Active Technologist Active members shall be those individuals who are registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or its equivalent or hold an unrestricted license under state statutes and who are employed in the radiologic sciences. They shall have all rights, privileges and obligations of membership including the right to vote debate and hold office. To Join as a Student Student members are those who are enrolled in primary radiologic science programs. These members shall have all rights, privileges and obligations of active members including the right to debate; however, they shall not vote or hold office. To Join as an Advance Student Advance student members shall be those individuals otherwise qualified to be active members who are enrolled full-time in a program of To Join as a Retired Member Retired members are those who meet Social SecurityAdministration requirements for retirement. These members shall have all rights, privileges and obligations of active members including the right to vote and debate; however, they shall not hold office. To Join as an Inactive Member Inactive members shall be those individuals who are registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or its equivalent or hold an unrestricted license under state statutes and who are not employed in the radiologic sciences. These members shall have all rights, privileges and obligations of active members including the right to vote and debate; however, they shall not hold office. To Join as a Supporting Member Supporting members shall be those individuals who demonstrate an interest in the radiologic sciences, but do not qualify for any other established status. These members shall have all rights, privileges and obligations of active members including the right to debate, however, they shall not vote or hold office. To Join as a Commercial Member Commercial members shall be those persons employed in commercial radiology support activities. These members shall have all rights, privileges and obligations of active members including the right to debate, however, they shall not vote or hold office. |
